Heart Healthy Recipe: Almond Butter Banana Bites
Ingredients:
2-3 fresh bananas of desired ripeness
2 tbsp natural almond butter
Instructions:
- slice bananas and divide into groups of 2
- spread almond butter on one banana slice in each group and top with second benana slice to make a cute little banana sandwich
- place on a dish and refrigerate for at least one hour
- enjoy! (last about 1 week)
