Heart Healthy Recipe: Sun Butter Coconut Breakfast Bowl

ingredients:

1/2 cup dry oats

2 tbsp coconut flakes

1 tbsp agave nectar

1 tbsp sun butter

instructions:

- bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil and then stir the oats in, continue to mix until cooked

- place oats in a bowl, let cool for 5 minutes

- top with coconut flakes, agave nectar and sun butter

- enjoy!!
